Ceremony recording from $1,250 + livestream from $1,200 + highlights from $450 = from $2,900 for the three-part scope above. Select only the services you need. Longer ceremonies, more cameras, multiple rooms, on-screen names, IMAG screens or complex audio are quoted for the actual event.

Built for island schools and universities

We plan sightlines so the graduate crossing the stage stays central, coordinate a clean sound feed for speeches and names, and arrange a recording that institutions can share with families after the day. For medical and other university ceremonies, we can plan for formal procession, hooding and awards.

Live distribution depends on a tested, suitable venue connection. We will confirm a backup plan and the intended audience before the event.

Starting prices assume one on-island venue, up to two hours of ceremony and an accessible house audio feed; livestreaming also requires a suitable tested internet connection. Venue fees, permissions, extra crew, travel, equipment rental and extended hours are additional. The school or organizer is responsible for participant permissions and music or content rights for public distribution. Availability, deliverables and delivery schedule are confirmed in writing.
